Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to digital products bought from Wynn Orbit, including software, spreadsheet templates and other downloadable resources. It should be read alongside our Terms of Use. No products are on sale yet; this policy will apply once they are.

2. Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once the download or access begins, provided you have given express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel. Our checkout will ask for this consent before any download starts.

3. Faulty or misdescribed products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will repair or replace it. If that is not possible, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. These rights apply regardless of the cancellation rules above.

4. How to request a refund

• Contact us via the Contact page with your order number, the product name and a short description of the issue.
• We will respond as soon as possible.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.
