Overview
The problem
Managing projects, tasks and different business activities across disconnected tools is hard. Notes, spreadsheets and chats each hold part of the picture, so it is difficult to see what needs attention first, and handing work to an AI tool feels risky when it could change things on its own.
The solution we are building
A unified workspace that organises business activities in one place and explores AI-assisted productivity, while keeping you in control. The assistant can suggest and prepare work, but nothing changes until you approve it.
Who it’s for
Individuals managing projects and business operations, especially founders and small-business owners running several projects or more than one business. It is being built and tested first on Wynn Orbit’s own work.
How it works
Using AI Agent Hub, step by step.
Step 1: Choose a workspace
Pick a business from the sidebar. Each business keeps its own tasks, projects and reports.
Step 2: See what needs attention
The home screen shows unfinished and overdue tasks, project progress, report drafts and anything waiting for approval.
Step 3: Ask the assistant
Ask in plain language, or use quick actions like “What should I work on today?” or “Prepare a weekly report”.
Step 4: Review and approve
Suggested changes go to Activity & Approvals. Nothing is applied until you approve it.
Step 5: Track progress
Recent activity records what was asked and done, and project progress updates as tasks are completed.

What it does today.

A workspace per business
A business switcher in the sidebar gives each business its own workspace, so tasks, projects and reports never mix.

Projects and tasks
My Tasks shows unfinished and overdue counts. My Projects shows the percentage of tasks done. Focus next lists the most urgent unfinished tasks, ordered by priority and due date.

Reports and approvals
Business Reports holds report drafts, and the Needs Approval queue collects every change waiting for a decision.

Approval safeguards
The assistant never changes anything by itself. Suggested changes go to Activity & Approvals and are applied only after a person approves them.

Clear Demo Mode
When sample data is in use, a visible Demo mode label says so, so demo content is never mistaken for real business data.

Runs locally
The current build is a Python and Streamlit application that runs on the founder’s own computer and opens in the browser. It is not a hosted service.
