1. Who we are
This website is run by Wynn Orbit, an independent software business operated by Wynn Pockley in Leeds, United Kingdom (“Wynn Orbit”, “we”, “us”). Wynn Pockley is responsible for any personal information handled through this website.
For privacy questions, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
2. Information we collect
You can browse this website without telling us who you are. We do not currently sell products, run a contact form or ask you to create an account. The early-access list is not open yet, so no email addresses are collected.
- If you contact us (for example through LinkedIn), we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, profile and message. LinkedIn’s own privacy policy also applies to messages sent there.
- Hosting: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
- Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not identify individual visitors.
- Cookies: this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries (lawful basis: legitimate interests).
- To keep the website secure and working properly (lawful basis: legitimate interests).
- To understand which pages visitors find useful, using anonymous visit statistics (lawful basis: legitimate interests).
- To meet any legal obligations (lawful basis: legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party marketing.
4. Sharing your information
We only share personal information with services that help run the website — currently Cloudflare (hosting and visit statistics), Google Fonts (typefaces). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards for international transfers.
5. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then delete them.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To use these rights, contact us via the Contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
7. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Changes to this policy
If we start selling products, add a contact form or launch an email list, we will update this policy before doing so. The latest version is always on this page. See also our Terms of Use.
